10 days in complete silence – if you’re living with kids or in a noisy environment, that might sounds like heaven. But let’s be honest: It also sounds like a tremendous challenge, especially if you are not supposed to move, read or write during that time… In this episode, we talked to Akshay Mahajan who has spent over 1000 hours practicing different kinds of meditation, including a Vipassana silence retreat. If you’re curious how that affected his life or his work – don’t miss out on this conversation – even and especially if you feel you don’t have time to meditate at all 😊
